If you are not completely delighted with your purchase,  you can obtain a Return Authorization Number by emailing customerservice@harrisonmorgan-nyc.comIf you do not obtain an Return Authorization Number, your package will not be accepted and will be returned. Items must be unused in the original condition with tags attached, if provided and returned within 10 days of receiving the merchandise to receive a full refund. Item(s) can be returned 14 days for credit or exchange. The item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent, unworn. If the tags have been cut off and pinned, or secured back in any way, the item will NOT be accepted.

 

Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyers’ responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Damaged goods due to buyers’ negligence will not be accepted for refund. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, as we do not sell used merchandise. There are no refunds or exchanges for discounted items or any items purchased on sale.
